Miley Cyrus Banned From Performing in Dominican Republic

Miley Cyrus said it couldn’t be done, but it seems she can be stopped, will be stopped by the Dominican Republican.

As the Associated Press (via Billboard) reports, the Dominican Republic commission that oversees public performances has banned Cyrus from playing Santo Domingo’s Estadio Quisqueya on September 19.

In a statement, the commission said they cancelled the show because Cyrus “undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law.” We’ll assume this has something to do with her penchant for weed emblazoned bodysuits and inflatable hot dog riding.
