It’s the ultimate question: If you could know when you are going to die, would you want to know?
The LA Times reports that a new study has revealed that deadly medical conditions, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease, give off tell-tell “biomarkers” that can indicate predisposition in people most likely to succumb to those conditions.
There are already tests that indicate genetic predisposition in women to breast and ovarian cancer. Angelina Jolie famously underwent a double mastectomy last year after learning of her predisposition to breast cancer.
