Hollywood acting legend Jack Nicholson is calling it a career.

Radaronline is reporting that the 76-year-old has decided to retire from acting.

According to the report, the reason behind Nicholson’s abrupt retirement is memory issues.

If this is the end of the line for Nicholson’s career he leaves on top. He has won three Oscars, and six Golden Globes. He has also been nominated for 12 Oscars, making him the most nominated male actor in Academy Awards history. Nicholson, along with Michale Caine, was nominated for acting in every decade from the 1960s to 2000s.

The last movie he acted in was How Do You Know with Reese Witherspoon, Owen Wilson, and Paul Rudd.
