The Animal Resource Center in Oklahoma City has been overwhelmed with lost pets in the wake of the tornado in Moore on Monday. WFAA’s Ron Corning is reaching out for help in gathering supplies and there’s breakfast in it for you.

The Animal Resource Center in OKC is housing as many as 100 dogs and cats still waiting to be reunited with their families. Here is a list of supplies they need:

  • Chicken feed (ASAP)
  • chicken waterers (ASAP)
  • towels
  • bedding for crates
  • latex gloves
  • paper towels
  • trash bags
  • dog treats
  • white copy paper
  • spiral notebooks
  • crates (especially med/large)
  • hand sanitizer
  • food bowls
  • plastic sleeves (for paper work to go on kennels)
  • Caro syrup (to help bring up blood sugar of malnourished animals)

Come by WFAA’s Victory Park studios between 5AM and 7AM tomorrow to drop off supplies and get a nice warm breakfast from Norma’s Cafe.
