Lose-It is a great website and iPhone application that helps you lose weight. You just plug-in your weight, how much you would like to lose each week, what you want to weigh, and they tell you how many calories you have per day. As you input your food for the day, it counts down the calories for you. It even counts your excercise towards your daily goal!
